Tutorial:
1. Import the photo to the EZCAD, adjust the picture size to match the metal business card, and then center it.
2. Set up the photo in EZCAD. According to the photo clarity and light sensitivity to set the fixed DPI, check Invert, Gray


3. Set parameters. This marking work used our laser EM-Smart MP20 - 20W JPT MOPA laser, the settings is: speed: 5000, power: 30, frequency: 30. You can mark with several loops according your desired effect.


The following setup is about EM-Smart One - 20W fiber laser.
DPI 300*300+Invert, 1000, 35%,20, marking 5 loops.
