What's the difference between EM-Smart One and EM-Smart Basic 1?

1.Appearance

The overall design of EM-Smart One is more compact and fashionable, the overall color of the fuselage is uniform. EM-Smart Basic 1's appearance consists of pure black or black+orange, and there is a tube at the back.
2.Portability
One can be folded and heavy 10kg only, EM-Smart Basic 1 can't fold and heavy 12.5kg. But both machines have the custom trolley case that can be took to anywhere easily, such as exhibition.
3. Functionality
Power: All are 20W fiber laser with Max laser source.
•Cutting: EM-Smart One and EM-Smart Basic 1 all support cutting thin metal.
•Rotary: EM-Smart One and EM-Smart Basic 1 all have rotary version.

4.Marking Height
EM-Smart Basic has a higher marking heigt of 200mm and no marking height limitation, while EM-Smart One only 90mm.
5. Extensible
Basic can replace larger or smaller custom field lens, such as 70mm,150mm or 175mm field lens, but EM-Smart One only support 110mm and 150mm field lens.
6. Marking quality
Both EM-Smart One and EM-Smart Basic 1 use Max 20W laser source, so have the same marking quality.
7. Software
EM-Smart One and EM-Smart Basic 1 come with the EZCAD software and fully compatible with Lightburn.



How should I choose?

It mainly depends your preference for appearance and the field lens function requires, Overall, EM-Smart Basic 1 is more cost-effective and is our best-seller machine. :)
