  1. Do you ship overseas? Which countries can the product be shipped to?
We can make the shipment to all the countries over the world.
If "This item can't be shipped to(your country)" appears when you place an order, it's because you haven't filled in your recipient information (name, address, zip code, telephone number, etc.) completely. The "country" and "state" need to be selected from the drop-down box. If you still have a problem please get help from [email protected].


  1. How soon are you going to dispatch after payment? How long does it take to deliver?
Normally, the EM-Smart® shipment will start within 24-48 hours after your payment except for special circumstances (e.g. out of stock, we will get in touch with you in the first place). Delivery time depends on many factors, such as the country being shipped to. Usually, it takes 5-7 working days by DHL/ FedEx/TNT/UPS.

  1. Which shipping service will EM-Smart® use? Air parcel or ocean shipping?
We delivery by DHL/ FedEx/TNT/UPS expresses air parcel to save time.

  1. Can I track the parcel? How?
Yes, we will send you the express tracking number and update to your order after dispatch.

  1. Will the shipping cost be borne by EM-Smart® or the customer?
We make free delivery for all countries.

  1. Do I have to pay customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs charges for my EM-Smart®?
This depends on the policy of your local customs. In case of any customs duties or import taxes, they need to be borne by the buyer. We also provide Delivered-Duty-Paid (DDP) shipping methods for certain countries, so that you needn't pay any duties or taxes.

7. Is there an additional remoteness fee if my address is in a remote area?
If your delivery address belongs to a remote area, an additional remote delivery fee of $20 to $50 may be levied.
